Doktor24 is one of the most rapidly growing Hungarian private healthcare providers, currently operating with over 200 doctors and conducting over 300.000 doctor-patient meetings annually. In our eight facilities we currently provide a wide range of outpatient services, paediatric services and orthopaedic inpatient services for both private and public patients, as well as occupational health services for our corporate clients. Our goal is to build a chain of healthcare facilities to provide access to a large portion of the population by offering reasonably priced healthcare services. Despite significant market uncertainties, we successfully closed a Series B fundraising in March 2020 led by two well-known European PE funds. The fresh capital and additional leverage will allow us to finance the acceleration of our market share growth and the continued execution of our ambitious acquisition strategy. The recent acquisition of two flagship specialist healthcare providers more than doubles Doktor24’s EBITDA and expands our professional coverage into paediatrics and orthopaedic surgery.
