What does “entrepreneurship” mean to you?
Entrepreneurship means many things, to be a true entrepreneur you need to encompass all these things and to push yourself to be the best you can be, at all times. I believe innovation is a key part of being an entrepreneur, you need to be a constant source of new ideas, new goods, new services, new ways to make sure the end user gets the best experience of your company, and you need to be willing to listen when other people put these ideas forward. A good entrepreneur not only surround themselves with the best people but also listens to them and takes their ideas onboard, they should always be open and honest to everyone.
What is the biggest experience or lesson gained on your growth journey so far?
Being involved in the running of a successful business you are learning new things everyday, if you are not willing to learn you really limit the chances of growing your business. As previously mentioned, a good entrepreneur will always surround themselves with the best people and it is your responsibility to help them always be their best, they are key to growth and you can only grow as the pace of their development and cash availability allows.
How is your company acting as a game changer in the landscape?
The IPRS Group is comprised of 4 companies each working in very different healthcare markets. I’m so proud that all four are seen as innovators and gamechangers in their respective markets. We all know that healthcare is rapidly changing, the COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated this and it is important that smaller providers such as ourselves are onboard with this. We are constantly looking at digital service improvements but this has to be done at a pace the end user is comfortable with. People will always be apprehensive when accessing healthcare in new and different ways, it’s our responsibility to ensure they are comfortable in doing this but also to offer them alternative solutions.

What kind of ELITE entrepreneur do you want to be known as?
Innovation is so important to me and the markets which I work in, I want to be known as an entrepreneur who not only encourages innovation but is someone who understands that the speed of innovation is governed by its value to the end user. It’s great if you can bring an amazing piece of technology to the market, but if people don’t want to use it, is it really an amazing piece of technology?
