The Hub is designed for European SMEs and mid-caps operating across the aerospace, defence and naval value chains. We look for companies with a solid track record, clear growth ambition, and the readiness to commit senior time to managerial upskilling and operational excellence. Rolling applications: priority given to suppliers nominated by leaders
Selection priority
Include suppliers nominated by supply-chain leaders alongside scalable innovators addressing critical capabilities for Europe. Participation assumes the ability to implement improvements across planning, production and governance in line with programme outcomes.

- Skills acquisition and development: immersive program for companies (entrepreneurs and/or executives) focused on growth, strategy and finance, Corporate Governance and managerialization, delivered in collaboration with leading European business schools.
- Support for strategic decision-making: dedicated Euronext account manager to access tailored support from qualified advisors, partners, other companies on the key strategic initiatives.
- European network and visibility: business matching, visibility and media exposure to unlock new business opportunities, positioning, and overall business development. Strengthen the relationship with Supply Chain Leaders reinforcing the value chain.
- Access to alternative financing: access to funding solutions in direct (equity and debt/equity investors) and indirect (financial advisors) channels, to address the company's corporate finance needs.
