This study will seek to explore a number of areas including:

  • The interaction of reward and culture and how this supports business strategy
  • How businesses define success and how employee rewards relates to this
  • How reward is structured and how this differs for businesses on different stages of the growth cycle.  In particular, we will explore the structure of long-term reward and the role tax efficiency plays in this.
  • Whether companies take a segmented approach to rewarding talent either by seniority or type of employee
  • The factors that impact the recruitment and retention of key talent and how do businesses address this
  • How reward is governed in the context of the on-going Government consultation on corporate governance in private businesses

If you would be interested in participating in this study please contact Katie Kenny on +4420 7007 2162 to arrange an interview.

We are looking to hold interviews with companies by the end of July.  All participants will receive to a full copy of the study which will be published in around September.
