i2 FAST (Food Analysis & Safety Testing) announces the acquisition of Mycotoxin Laboratory (UK) Limited for an undisclosed fee.

Established in 2002, Mycotoxin Laboratory (UK) Ltd is an independent testing laboratory, based in Rotherham, specialising in the analysis of Aflatoxins and Ochratoxin A in food, food ingredients and feed, and will continue to trade from its current premises. The acquisition by i2 FAST, part of the i2 Analytical Group, will extend i2 FAST’s comprehensive food testing service in the UK, which includes pesticide, microbiology and nutritional testing.

The i2 FAST laboratories operate from state-of-the-art facilities in Hemel Hempstead and utilising a market leading digital platform, the acquisition of Mycotoxin Laboratory will further support i2 FAST’s credentials as the UK’s fastest growing food testing laboratory.
