What does entrepreneurship mean to you?
Entrepreneurship is not about growth. It’s about building something that lasts.
Growth is a consequence, not the goal.
The real point is making decisions that will still hold ten years from now.
This means responsibility: for what you build, for the people involved, and for the environment you operate in.
Being an entrepreneur means making consistent choices, even when it would be easier not to.
And above all, not changing direction every time the context shifts.
That’s where solidity comes from.

What is the biggest experience or lesson gained on your growth journey so far?
There is no single defining moment. There is a method.
As the third generation, I had two clear references: my father Stefano and my uncle Maurizio.
From them I learned something simple: show up and stay on course.
Even in difficult moments, the objective didn’t change.
They didn’t chase conditions, they held the line.
That’s what builds value over time.
Today I work the same way:
consistency and discipline first.

How is your company acting as a game changer in the landscape?
We don’t try to be different. We focus on being consistent.
We are a family business, and it shows: in decisions, in relationships, and in our long-term vision.
At the same time, we have built an industrial structure that allows us to compete in a complex market without being driven by it.
Many companies lose their identity as they grow.
We did the opposite: we built structure without losing who we are.

What Should Your Life Motto Be?
Build something that lasts.
Everything else is secondary.

ELITE: the European network of private SMEs which accelerates the process to access private and public capital markets. Why it can be the game changing opportunity companies should consider?
ELITE is useful if you want to step up.
It’s not for those who want to stay the same.
It’s not just about access to capital. It’s a shift in level:
more structure, more discipline, more transparency.
For a family business, it’s a delicate but necessary step.
It forces you to grow without excuses.
And to understand whether what you’ve built is truly solid.
