Entrepreneurship is one of the four core values ​​of the Candioli group (in addition to Quality, Innovation and Passion). For me, it means spreading an entrepreneurial mindset at every level of the organization, that is, each member of the company team must be the person who knows their job best, who is passionate about it, who carries it out knowing what impact it has on the rest of the organization, and who cares about the impact it has on the final results of the entire organization. Entrepreneurship also means – within Candioli – that the company has confidence in each person in the team, and that this confidence must be mutual; that everyone makes decisions in their daily activity, and that these actions form, all together, the typical business risk of the entrepreneur.
 

The most important lesson learned in my entrepreneurial experience is that great results can only be achieved if the corporate culture is such that it motivates people. It takes years to change the culture of a company and you have to select the right people to enable positive change and to be all aligned with the long-term goals of the company.

In the veterinary world, we are recognized as the company that introduces the most significant innovations in the world of supplements for pets. Each of our products is supported by scientific research and specific work that demonstrates their effectiveness and positive impact on animal health.

I have several mottos that I identify with and for years I had a sign hanging on my office door that said “No complaining” after Pope Francis used it. But the motto that I identify with the most is “Results, not excuses”.

Elite is first and foremost a path that helps the entrepreneur to learn about tools that are used in extraordinary situations, and for this reason companies do not know them enough. When it comes to having to evaluate them and make decisions, there is too little time to understand these tools and choose the one best suited to the needs of the moment and the company. For this reason, being a training and preparation path, which provides concrete tools and professional connections, it is an opportunity to be exploited.
