What has been the most meaningful experience or lesson you have learned throughout your journey?

In our more than 45 years of activity, we have learned that transparency and resilience are the true strengths that allow us to overcome difficulties and strengthen the trust of clients, partners, and communities. Henry Ford used to say: “When everything seems to be going against you, remember that airplanes take off against the wind, not with it.”
