To me, an entrepreneur is first of all a dreamer: someone who, even without fully knowing how to run a business at the beginning, strongly believes in their abilities and in their project. Looking back at my journey, I believe an entrepreneur must allow themselves to make mistakes: failures are what provide the strength to get back up and move forward stronger than before. At the beginning, you don’t have a detailed plan, but rather a dream that gradually takes shape over the years.

The most important lesson I’ve learned, during these years, is that an entrepreneur is never truly alone, even though it might seem that way. Their ability to realize a dream is proportional to their ability to engage collaborators in making that dream come true. At the same time, towards the team, an entrepreneur develops an almost paternal sense of responsibility, knowing that business success is the result of an alchemy in which people’s contributions are essential.
