1) What does entrepreneurship mean for you?
To me it means to have an idea and trying to realize it through a project made of people, means and capitals. Therefore, it means risk. Neither an enterprise nor an entrepreneur exist without risk.

2) What is the biggest experience or lesson gained on your growth journey so far?
During my 50 years of personal growth, I received many lessons. If I have to tell only one, I would say “work, commitment and passion”. Through them, you benefit from the trust of customers, suppliers, banks, business partners, in a word stakeholders.

3) How is your company acting as a game changer in the landscape?
My Company stands out for: a wide products portfolio (one-stop-shop), quality, customer’s satisfaction, low general costs, flexibility, no bureaucracy

4) What should your life motto be?
Where there’s a will there’s a way.

5) What kind of elite entrepreneur do you want to be known as?
I believe to represent a mixed model of a managerialized-family Company, oriented to export and growth.
