Studio Santi is a boutique energy engineering consultancy. Our approach is closer to that of a Renaissance workshop: a small group of highly skilled professionals, able to tailor each project and follow it in every detail, with the care and precision of craftsmanship.
As founder and director of Studio Santi, my role is not entrepreneurial in the traditional sense. I am an electrical engineer — and a teacher — working alongside young professionals who are now often more brilliant than I am, and who see this profession as a collective, team-based endeavor. We do not define ourselves as entrepreneurs, but rather as “artisans” who support entrepreneurs in decarbonising their businesses and making investments and production processes more sustainable.
What strongly unites us with entrepreneurs is a shared spirit of innovation. Innovation is essential for any entrepreneur, but it is even more central to our work: we are called upon to help them navigate the complexity of an extremely rapid energy — and digital — transition, with often disruptive effects.
Vision, flexibility, adaptability, curiosity, passion for technology, technical competence, ingenuity, rigor (rooted in our academic background), international openness, diversity, and integrity are qualities that define both us and the entrepreneurs we choose to walk alongside. Entrepreneurs and professionals, together, are the ones who ultimately shape the society we live in.

Studio Santi is itself an SME, and we are deeply familiar with the challenges that small and medium-sized enterprises face every day, particularly in the Italian context. When we propose energy efficiency and decarbonisation pathways, we do so with a clear awareness of the many barriers involved — financial, regulatory, technical, cultural, operational, competitive, and managerial.
For this reason, Studio Santi designs fully tailored pathways rather than standardised solutions. We work closely with companies, accompanying them step by step, taking the time to fully understand their operating environment and adapting our approach to their organisational structure, decision-making processes, and industrial objectives.
A core element of our work with SMEs is the transfer of know-how. For us, creating value means strengthening internal capabilities and ensuring that change is sustainable over the long term. This way of working fosters lasting relationships built on trust, where engineering and consulting become enablers of growth rather than stand-alone specialist services.
