I think it's the ability to imagine a different scenario from the status quo. Humility and determination. Humility in the ability to listen and in the passion for assimilating something new every day. The determination to achieve shared goals.

Unicalce is the leading Italian producer of lime, dolomite and derived products with 11 plants throughout the country for a production capacity of around two million tons, which is flanked by the Premier premixed line with four production sites.
