Every journey begins with a vision of the destination one intends to reach. And what ELITE has achieved so far has far exceeded all our expectations. 

After 7 years of an exciting and satisfying journey, I have decided to leave the leadership of ELITE and entrust its future to the exceptional talent that has allowed ELITE to evolve from a small domestic start-up into a significant player in global capital markets. A team at the helm of a now mature scaleup, with the expertise and vision to drive it even further into the future. 

ELITE, with more than 1400 companies from 45 countries with an aggregate turnover of €100 billion, has established itself as an international benchmark and exemplary model of support for small and medium-sized enterprises. Above all, ELITE has become an extraordinary entrepreneurial community characterised by a strong sense of belonging and shared values of excellence, ambition and openness to change. A brand that is evocative of the very concept of quality and entrepreneurial excellence.  

To you, visionary and courageous entrepreneurs, goes my most sincere thanks for making this project an unforgettable personal and professional experience. To the ELITE team, the deep gratitude for having been able to realise an entrepreneurial dream within a large global institution. To the ELITE Partners for supporting the cultural, managerial and financial growth of our companies. And not least to the London Stock Exchange Group and the minority shareholders of ELITE – CDP and NUO Capital – for believing in the power of change and innovation, right after the financial crisis, in one of the most critical phases of the global economy.
