The Firm originated in the late 70's as a spin-off from the tax department of a primary international auditing company (Peat Marwick, later merged into KPMG), promoted by Luigi Biscozzi, whilst the legal department was set-up by Prof. Raffaele Nobili at the end of the 50's.

After years of cooperation and increasing mutual appreciation, in 1998 the two Firms merged, originating the current Firm, which has constantly grown; today the Firm “Biscozzi Nobili” has reached an integrated structure, made of more than fifty professionals.

The Firm is a professional association, independent from international networks, engaged in national and international advisory to enterprises and entrepreneurs, corresponding with top-quality independent firms abroad, if necessary.
