In 2017 Ethica Holding was created as a consequence of a business reorganization aimed to booste a service providing hub for medium-sized companies. Ethica Holding owns shares in the four business companies: Ethica Corporate Finance, Ethica & MIttel Debt Advisory, Ethica Investment Club and Amaranto SIM.
