We advise our clients on their company sales and acquisitions, fundraising and financial engineering, and offer strategic consultancy services. Our clients are SME managers and their shareholders (business purchase, company sale, SME transfer, LBO, fundraising, etc.). We work in France and worldwide through our offices.
