Etno Cafe is the first Polish 5th wave coffee concept (the concept developed by Allegra Strategies https://bit.ly/2HsCLeN) consisting of 3 following business lines (in Poland): - a roastery (the biggest Polish craft one), - a coffee shop chain (26 locations), - a cold brewery (producing Cold Brew Coffee). Etno Café has been conducting R&D activities on technologies and recipes of cold brew beverages (in particular based on raw and roasted coffee) as well reusage of coffee grounds. The significant part of the above works was performed in cooperation with Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences. Etno Cafe has also created the first in Poland (probably the first in Europe) so called „coffee ecosystem”. So far the company and it’s products and services have been present on Polish and Czech market. Etno Café was also mentioned in Financial Times ranking “FT 1000 – Europe’s Fastest Growing Companies - https://linkd.pl/7f9z .
