Concept Design and Sustainability Innovation – We support design teams integrate sustainability into urban developments and buildings from the onset of projects. We assist in drafting sustainable development strategies aligned with overall concept Masterplan level policies and compliant with clients’ sustainability vision. Our services assess impacts of the design process in terms of sustainability, providing full integration of the BIM/BEM format. 2. Certifications - With the largest sustainable building certification project portfolio in Portugal, our multidisciplinary team comprises highly qualified experts on various sustainable building certification systems and frameworks (LEED, BREEAM, WELL, Passive House, LEVEL’S, LiderA). We have a highly experience team in developing building performance simulations. 3. Carbon footprint – We advise clients in the development and implementation of policies to tackle the lifecycle emissions of buildings and projects. We support in the development of LCAs, as well as EPDs according to the internationally recognised standards. 4. Energy and Carbon Management Department - Using IES VE iSCAN software, VE and Digital Twin technology, we support our clients with consumption integration and analysis services during the building's operation phase. Particularly, we can support the ongoing energy and carbon management and analysis of operational data. 5. Construction Support - We support our clients ensuring that all necessary construction documentation – including of commissioning and test reports conducted - meet the quality standards specified by the different certification systems. Among others, we provide technical inputs to progress reports to track the project's advancement. We also provide corporate sustainability services (ESG, CSRD and Taxonomy alignment), and we are focused on driving sustainable change with carbon credit / biodiversity co-benefits credit and offset consulting.
