Vincent Van Dessel is CEO of Euronext Brussels and member of the Managing Board of Euronext N.V.
Vincent Van Dessel has been the CEO of Euronext Brussels since September 2009. From 2003 to 2009, Mr Van Dessel was General Manager of Euronext Brussels.
From January 2000 to June 2003, he was Chairman of the Market Authority of the Brussels Exchanges, responsible for members admission, listing, company information and the supervision of the markets.
Upon the merger of the Amsterdam, Paris and Brussels exchanges into Euronext in September 2000, he became member of the Executive Committee.

Marta Testi is co-founder and since 2020 also Chief Executive Officer of ELITE part of Euronext Group.
She joined the Italian Stock Exchange in 2003 as Marketing and Communication Manager.
In 2007, she was appointed Project Marketing Manager for the implementation of AIM market in Italy. In 2009 she became Head of Corporate Advisors Continental Europe.
Back in 2016 ELITE became an independent legal entity, and she was appointed Head of ELITE Growth Italy & Continental Europe, adding the role of Head of Product Management from 2018. In April 2021 ELITE, part of the Borsa Italiana Group, joins Euronext Group.

Benoît is Head of Listing of Euronext Brussels and Luxembourg.
He joined Euronext in 2018 after having spent 17 years in a leading Benelux bank where he held different roles in the financial and capital markets and 2 years in a law firm.
Benoît holds a Master’s Degree in Law (KULeuven) and an executive Masters in Business Administration (Louvain School of Management).

After a career of 18 years in the private sector, in mid-August 2018, Pierre Hermant was appointed CEO of finance&invest.brussels (the Brussels Regional Investment Company).
In parallel to his functions at finance&invest.brussels, he is a lecturer at the University of Saint Louis in management and strategy and hosts with passion several economic columns on RTBF and LN24 and also hosts his TV show Success Stories.
