What does “entrepreneurship” mean to you?
For me, entrepreneurship represents the search for opportunities, problem-solving, and adapting to market changes. It is a proactive approach to work life that encourages creativity and resilience, which are essential for facing the challenges of the business world, especially in a high-tech sector like the one in which EPF operates.
What is the biggest experience or lesson gained on your growth journey so far?
I have learned to value every experience and to always think with a medium- to long-term perspective.
Furthermore, I have understood the importance of choosing people primarily for their human qualities, giving secondary priority to technical skills.

How is your company acting as a game changer in the landscape?
Founded in 1961, EPF initially focused on electromechanical automation, evolving in the 1990s towards electronic and robotic technologies. Today, despite being a small to medium- sized enterprise, we operate nationally and internationally with three business units: Automation, dedicated to automation; Plastic, for the distribution of injection molding machines from a renowned Japanese manufacturer; and Energy, focused on renewable energy power plants. Although we operate in different sectors, this diversification has allowed us to adapt to market needs and new technologies.
This adaptability is one of our main strengths, enabling us to remain competitive in a constantly evolving landscape.
We continuously invest in innovation and training to provide cutting-edge solutions to our clients, responding to their needs with flexibility and expertise, delivering turnkey solutions. Furthermore, our presence in various sectors allows us to seize cross-industry opportunities and transfer skills from one area to another, creating unique synergies.
We look to the future with the aim of further strengthening our position in international markets and contributing, through our technologies, to a more sustainable and innovative world.
What Should Your Life Motto Be?
My motto is “What can improve us? Make desire a law”.

This motto reflects the importance of transforming our desires and aspirations into concrete goals and daily commitments. Making desire a law means giving it structure and strength, committing to pursuing it with dedication and determination. In both personal and professional contexts, this approach helps maintain high motivation and translates vision into concrete action, leading to tangible results and continuous growth.
