From my point of view, entrepreneurship means being able to transform a real problem into a concrete opportunity. In other words, it is the ability to identify an unmet need, build a scalable model around it, and have the tenacity to carry it forward even when the road gets steep. For me, it especially means taking responsibility for imagining a better future and working every day to make it possible. Practically speaking, in my case this vision means contributing tangibly to the modernization of urban logistics, a sector that is still fragmented and full of inefficiencies, yet central to the digital economy. Building a business, therefore, is not only about creating economic value, but also about generating a positive impact on the market and on the cities we live in.

The most important lesson I’ve learned is that there are no shortcuts: deep market knowledge, determination, the ability to bounce back after mistakes, and - above all - the clarity to make difficult decisions at the right time are essential. In our work, technology is extremely important, but what truly makes the difference are consistency, execution, and the ability to attract partners who share the same vision. I’ve also learned that in critical moments you must act, not wait, because it is precisely in those situations that a team’s maturity and a project’s solidity are put to the test. Crises, when faced with courage and method, often become the most valuable turning points.

For me, determination does not mean rigidity, but rather the ability to see the road even when it has not yet been traced, to recognize potential in difficult moments, and to turn every challenge into a step forward toward the goal.
