Being an entrepreneur today also means continuing a legacy, but with the courage to innovate, build trust, and act consistently.

The most important lesson I have learned is that credibility is not inherited or declared: it is built.
When I started at LATI, young and with a background in marketing, sales, and HR in a world of engineers, I had to earn people's trust every day. I did so with humility, listening, and consistency.
Since then, I have come to understand that leadership is not about power, but about mutual trust: bringing out the best in those who work with you and creating contexts in which everyone feels part of a shared vision.
