What does ‘entrepreneurship’ mean to you?
Entrepreneurship is a constantly evolving journey, driven by a clear strategic vision and the ability to anticipate market transformations. The events and entertainment industry is continuously changing: new technologies, new forms and tools of communication, new scenarios. An entrepreneur must have the determination to interpret the present in order to build a vision for the future.

 

What is the biggest experience or lesson gained on your growth journey so far?
Each phase of growth requires different skills and working methods.​
Managing a company of 20 people is not the same as managing one of 40, and the balance shifts even further as numbers and internal dynamics increase.​
Our essential premise is flexibility: total openness to change, training, and experimentation.​
It takes courage, great humility, and a willingness to learn in order to consistently deliver innovative projects that remain aligned with clients’ needs.

How is your company acting as a game changer in the landscape?
We produce conventions, trade shows, anniversaries, product launches, shows…​
What makes us unique in the market is our hybrid positioning; we are able to connect three
seemingly unrelated worlds—Digital, Art, and large-scale B2C productions.​
For us, digital and technology are not just tools, but accelerators that streamline information.​
We use them to enhance event experiences, with the goal of effectively conveying the values and messages previously shared with our client to the audience.​
On the other hand, there is Art and culture: thanks to our spin-off ARTlab, we adopt an appropriate language for high-value projects, for companies with a strong heritage that want to communicate it through exhibitions, installations, and shows dedicated to their products or corporate history.​
The synthesis of all this is our promise to the market: exclusive expertise creates unique events.

 

What Should Your Life Motto Be?
I don’t have a motto, but rather a kind of deeply rooted mantra:​ we work while having fun—we have the best job in the world!​
Ours is an extremely stressful profession, where every project starts with the statement: “we want to create something unique, different from anything else!”​
To achieve this, you need a professionally skilled and motivated team, with outstanding talents.​
I believe that the best people have no difficulty finding jobs—and therefore changing environments.​
If we want the best team, motivated and with low turnover, the work environment must be the best possible.​
Research & Development and deadlines keep us under constant pressure. Yet, in the most critical moments, we always remind ourselves that—with all due respect for our profession—we are not saving human lives.​This healthy dose of irony and pragmatism allows us to face every challenge with clarity, knowing that between a logistical setback and a creative solution, the result will always be achieved.​
It’s an approach that (for us) makes our job the most beautiful of all: it gives us the privilege to explore different realities, experiment with new approaches, and—without a doubt—never get bored!
