Interview to Davide Ceccarelli, CEO Technowrapp

1. What does “entrepreneurship” mean to you?
Entrepreneurship is the ability to know how to listen to the needs of the market, even if they are not explicit, and imagine new solutions. Encourage your people to be passionate about the project and to develop their social and technical skills, to understand their uniqueness and to know how to make the most of it. Training all of us every day to learn to listen, inside and outside the company, to be ready to react: to take on board every suggestion, every uncertainty about values and objectives, to listen to discomfort as well as to grasp the variations and dynamics of the market. This is what we do at Technowrapp. 

2. What is the biggest experience or lesson gained on your growth journey so far?
The focus on people, on the company climate, on listening, on values at Technowrapp was not communicated, it did not seem interesting to us from the outside. But when our customers visited us and we showed them the systems we design and build, our technology, our solutions, at the end of the visit they often said "very interesting your machines, they meet our needs, but what amazed us were your people, their eyes show passion and pride for Technowrapp".
At first I thought that this "distraction" on their part was causing them to misjudge the product, but then I realised that if this was what excited them, then this was what we needed to tell them. Since 2015, the company presentation we show our customers highlights the activities we do at Technowrapp to improve the climate and spread our values, and on the first page there is only one sentence: 'We are learning to listen to ourselves in order to learn to listen to you'. 
3. How is your company acting as a game changer in the landscape?
We offer services that only a company that is trained to listen and create a favourable climate can provide. We guarantee the delivery of the system, always made to measure, on time, we guarantee the departure of our technicians within 24 hours of the request for intervention, we respond promptly to any questions from our customers. We carry out installations with a lot of technology and technical capacity, but we stand out for these three services, which our customers recognise as unique. 
4. What Should Your Life Motto Be?
Let's take care of people and Technowrapp will reflect the best of all of us, the products and services will be a direct expression of that.
